Dowd is an awful referee and with him in charge any outcome is possible.

He was ref against Wolves in March.Didn't we have a decent penalty shout turned down then too

Neither Villa nor Albion have won 2-0 this season (Wolves are the only team).
So we know what's coming - one of us will be two up and it'll finish 2-2.

Why was/is somebody from Stafford allowed to referee our games against the Yammers? Lets hope he's a dingle.

He lives in Biddulph now according to one of the Stokies who used to be on this board.

2 all. I can see WBA leading for ages, about to beat us for the first time since the ice age and Bent will pop up with a last minute equaliser.

He's a fucking Jonah, the last four games have all been horrible defeats - Wolves 0-1, Liverpool 3-0, Man Utd cup final and Arsenal 3-0.

I see wee Barry's been recalled early from Leeds. Does this indicate some playing time, as we did look short of that sort of creativity against Stoke? I'd hope so.

Would be nice to get a win and put a bright spot on a difficult season. In fact, a win would be fu*king lovely.
