Dernbach massively over does the slower ball, but it's spread to the rest of the team. Most of the balls that got smacked for 4 were slower balls. The slower ball should be a surprise not the norm.

Disagree about Kieswetter. Yes he made a mistake kicking the stumps, but these bowlers probably couldn't defend 400!

The bowlers could defend 300 if the keeper was up to the job
