Right KP gone, but 64 is a good knock. There is a good platform here the rest of the middle order has to do a job.

Now I've been a big critic of Patel, but that is a belting innings and we are in with a shout.

I too have had a go @ Patel but he has played well today, batting & bowling.......

All the bowlers are struggling to stop them scoring and they are walking it @ the present moment, Cook needs to step up as captain here and use some imagination......

They are going on and on about "dot ball" on SKY

Can we put to bed this notion that Dernbach is a great death bowler because he's got a slower ball? His last over is absolute crap. Wides, no balls, etc are not acceptable at the death!

Disagree about Kieswetter. Yes he made a mistake kicking the stumps, but these bowlers probably couldn't defend 400!

What a pile of shite. First Cook is no captain, give it to swann. Second get rid of Keiswetter. Bell to open and Bairstow keeps. Third I know he is injured now but Woakes has to replace dernbach

Dernbach was absolutely abysmal, Botham was fuming you could tell. We have become absolutely obsessed with slower balls. Kieswetter is under serious pressure now.

Don't agree. He missed 2 catches and 2 chances of the same stumping

Agree 100% Cook is a nice guy but no captain let him be the brilliant test batsmen he is
