Zaheer Khan is out. They will miss him, he's one of the top bowlers in the world.

I've got a feeling that the Indian board vetoed DRS for the duration of this series to nullify the effect of Graeme Swann. I read somewhere that almost 30% of his test wickets were LBW which is 10% more than Warne and Murali.

They haven't used it since 2008. They're just not comfortable with it. Though -hopefully- if a few ropey decisions get overturned in their favour using hotspot, they might reconsider.  I wasn't a fan of it to start with -the series in West India was close to farcical.

But 2 reviews each per innings works. Teams can't over use it, or exploit it tactically. It also does away with excessive appealing for the most part - if you're really that convinced, use up one of your lifelines.

I wouldn't be surprised if they pick Yuvraj tomorrow, his bowling would also be useful to them.

I'm comfortable with it and think that it works. The 2 reviews per innings is the best way forward.

If there's any doubt about Tremlett, then he can't play. If he breaks down during the test, we'll be left with just Jimmy & Broad as our quicks. It's a great question as to who to replace him. Finn, like for like, or Bresnan with his variations, especially his slower ball.

It was the wrong decision, the ball was missing. What's the point of having half a review system?!

Crucial toss for India to win again.  Hopefully overhead conditions will be similar whenever our turn to bowl comes.

Need to get to lunch only 2 down, then re-assess.

The sun is supposed to come out this afternoon which should control the swing a little.

India have not bowled well as a unit, the swing in the first half an hour was prodigious. They've not exploited it as well as they can.  Nine fours in the session with a net run rate of 2.6 illustrates the number of poor balls that they've sent down.

Strauss has looked very solid and KP looks in good touch.

69 for 2 represents a reasonable start after losing the toss in difficult conditions.

Looking dodgy now, needs another epic from Prior now.
If we get 200 we'll be doing well now.
