If it were the other way round they would have brought 4000-5000 to us easily.Really?? They were given virtually the whole away end at Stoke in the 5th rnd last season and only sold 2,500. Night match like this one. They also took just 1,800 to Albion this season on a Sunday afternoon, in what was going to be their all-conquering season. Not knocking them, they are good fans, but this is 2011 and a lot of people cannot afford the combined costs of tickets and petrol etc.

I remember we played Man City in the cup a few years back, sunday night, 6pm kick off on itv and they brought 7000. The simple fact is for a club of our size and location our away numbers are shocking at times, there just isn't the same need to go to games as say Leeds or Newcastle fans, their fans simply have to go to away games and sell out everywhere, our fans seem far more pick and choose and don't mind not going. Every club of similar size to us would have took a lot more than 2500 to Man City tomorrow night and that away end is going to look very sparse on the tv.
We've got a fantastic travelling support.

They're on a run of five home games in 15 days, and that's expensive even for season ticket holders with all the other costs involved, when there's the option to watch live on ITV. A lot of people do put supporting their family before supporting their team. They charged £15 for thhttp://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=209824e previous two rounds, why put another 50% on the price just because we're a Premier League side? Some people call it a good deal because premier league games can cost twice as much - I call it taking the piss.
Wonder if Warnock may be recalled?
