I'm taping that. Don't spoil the ending for me.

Call me a pessimist, but I reckon we're underdogs.

Pretty dire attempt to defend a target.

Below par with the bat, horrific deficiencies against spin. Absolutely awful with the ball. Players who played today who shouldn't be anywhere near England ODI team in future - Prior, Wright, Tredwell.

Think NZ look good. But one of the home nations will win it methinks.

Doubt it. Can't see England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland prevailing now.

Seems like a waste of time beating West Indies now. Disappointing.

I see Bob Willis just said Trott's innings was match losing.

I see Bob Willis just said Trott's innings was match losing.

Then he's talking bollocks.
Every team needs one player to anchor the innings allowing players at the other end to play shots, none of the other players stepped up to the plate. If Trott hadn't hung around we'd have been all out for 150.

I agree, it could have been quicker but without it we would have got nothing.

I think I would blame the bowlers who got zero wickets between them before I blamed the top run-scorer in the tournament. You can tell Willis was a bowler!

Willis is always unduly critical of Trott.
