As an aside, I’m loving the pundits on the BBC.  McEnroe, Johnson and Thorpe have added humour and often detailed knowledge of the sports they cover.  Redgrave is a kind of father figure for all the rowers too.

Well done BBC.

So the next four possible golds. Mixed doubles, women's individual sprint, omnium and maybe the 5,000m. That would be 20 and more than we got in Beijing. Fantastic.

Women's sprint final isn't til tuesday, though I think we could have gone past 25 golds by then

Ah true, hmm. Was trying to think  of the next few gold chances. Men's sprint's another one.

I went to the Olympic stadium last night and witnessed three golds for team GB. I have never known a noise from a sporting event like it, my ears are still ringing from the roar of the crowd.

Six different types of cycling race. Whoever does best overall wins. A bit like heptathlon.

To say I'm incredibly jealous is an understatement

I think there's some kind of equestrian medal being decided tomorrow, but I have no idea if we have a chance.

Christina Ohurugu (sp?) is defending her 400m title tonight though

Andy's back, and he's brought some sexy jailbait with him. C'mon Andy and Laura.

Because a woman is involved, I'm guessing this is best of three.

She's bound to win as the drugs are still in her system.

If it goes to 1-1 they have what they call a champions tie-break.

It's actually best of two. If it goes one set each, they have a "Super Tie Break" decider (first to 10, must win by at least two).
