The whole team, awesome. Hoy will get the plaudits but that ride was perfection.

Chris Hoy; thirty-six years old and capable of shoving a bike around at 50mph! Awsome.

Does anyone else see the resemblence between Phillip Hindes and George Formby? ;)

I love watching volleyball. USA v Brazil now and enjoying it. Slam shots are great and crowd shots even better... Well Brazilian girls anyway!

He is.  Another Manx cyclist, Peter Kennaugh, is in the team pursuit tomorrow.

Did you see the size of the blokes in the German team in the team sprint? Bloody huge.

Looked nothing like cyclists really, more like weightlifters on bikes

Went to the volleyball at Earl's Court yesterday. Must be the grottiest of all the Olympic venues! Second match was Poland v Argentina and since the Polish diaspora were attending en masse I don't reckon there would have been a less partisan atmosphere if the game was being played in Warsaw.

If this is true, the GB sprint cycling team should be stripped of their medal

I would agree with that. But can I say what a twat to actually even admit it. At least when the Chinese and others did stupid in Badmington, they tried to cover it by saying they were resting for the knockouts so weren't trying there hardest.

Edit: I have just seen that clip (missed the heats) and it was so blatent. Hoy was already putting his hand up before he had even hit the floor.
