Fulham have signed Grygera, would be strange if they signed Hutton as well as they both play at right back.

the reporter at spurs training ground saying spurs have had £4m bid from fulham for hutton and villa never followed up their enquiry about him-he or kendrick are badly wrong.
Bentley has joined west ham on year loan, cahill 50-50 on spurs deal, crouch on his way to talk to stoke on permanent deal, hutton fulham definately according to sky at £4m-reiterating villa never followed their interest.

You look at the players Lerner has sold and things look bleak. He paid out decent amounts for players admittedly but made a decent profit on most. People will also say that he spent a large amount of money on Bent, yes he did but without him Villa would've gone down and the crown jewels would've been somewhat cheaper to potential suitors. I think they'll get there money back for Bent in January and then what happens next is anybodys guess...

I don't blame McLeish, if you were offered the chance to stay there or go to Villa then we're a slightly more attractive prospect.

fulham only club to have bid for hutton and villa never followed it up- hutton £4m to fulham according to spurs training ground reporter.
yet their ticker says hutton in talks with villa -typical sky fiasco.

At least Enda Stevens is chuffed about a transfer at Villa. Maybe we should get him on here so that his good cheer rubs off on the rest of us? "This is massive for me. It's a dream come true," said Stevens. "I never expected it to come as soon as it has, especially after the last few games in Europe.
