It seems looking at a lot of the assessments of Villa's squad, the term FILL IN seems to feature prominently i.e. whatisname can fill in at full back or so and so can fill in in midfield etc.

That seems the temporary solution to a problem you may have at work, for about a month, not for a years/seasons worth.

Agree with a previous poster in that the players we are being linked with are no better than what we already have. If i didn't love the club i would say Lerner deserves to get relegated, after five years he still doesn't have a clue, has he any idea how much relegation would cost him?

I think the less said about our scouts the better. Lerner sanctioned the signings of Ireland and Makoun and fucked them both off without getting to double figures in appearances for the club. He hasn't a clue, I wouldn't be holding my breath for anything inspiring to come out of today.
