Well you can think what you like!
My opinions are original and i encourage debate just a valid as next fan. I think one think all villa fans would agree we'll be glad when window closes. Until then i can post my own thoughts which may not concurr with main stream but i am totally entitled to my view. Really people see football in diff ways and thats what its all about. I dont agree with folk who start questionning others or poking fun at people.
For the record brice jovial is a french footballer who i enjoyed watching in the gold cup and i do support villa

Eamonn, I'd wank you sideways while BJ and myself became acquainted, I'm not an animal.

I don't think even Michel Salgado would recommend himself as a quality addition to our squad.

Ha ha, very good.

Apparently Hogg is leaving as well to Watford, according to Sky anyway. Anyone heard any on this?

Again it's all outgoings. I know Hogg, Weimann etc are fringe players, but what depth does it leave for injuries, suspensions etc? Luke Young going is a crap move - more experience lost at the back. Seriously beginning to wonder about Lerner's intentions.

It's not hard to understand, we have a massive wage bill which needs to be addressed, the plan is to replace high earners that usually sit on the bench with promising youngsters who are not on a huge wage.

With regards to Young he moved his whole family back to London after being told last season he could go, Mcleish tried to keep him, but Young has requested to leave, I think that's fair enough.

Despite being messed around and played from left back over season i like to say young always gave 100% and was a committed player when called upon for villa. Great signing for qpr and good luck to him.

I like the way Luke Young plays and will be sorry to see him go likewise with Hogg, I thought he had a very good game against man u once he settled into it. Weiman too looks like a very good prospect I would pick him ahead of the Fonz but at least thats only a loan and he will improve his fitness and get much needed first team football there. Strange times at VP.

A Pompey supporting mate of mine said Hogg's level would be mid Championship from what he saw.

I'd prefer Hierro.

With Emilio Butragueno up top.
Ah The Vulture

I met Butragueno at the Bernebeu last season. Lovely bloke

The way things are going, if you turn up at the players entrance with your boots an hour before kick off you'll probably get a game.

Are these the fringe players we have to let go before we can recruit? I think its important that we start to let the youngsters go who wont make it and pick up some fees for them. We have a group of reasonable kids (not so young now) who probably wont be of the standard we need but will make a decent living in the lower leagues. If we got fees of 500k to a million for some of these (add in a sell on clause just in case) and it would all help to make us more viable.
