Johnson would be a great addition on loan - as would Onouha from Man City.

AJ and NO are both players I would like to see at the Villa.....preferably permanently

Onouha looks a really cracking, reliable, solid player.
Johnson is a little suspect IMO - brilliant skills that are put to really effective use rarely and believes a bit too much in his own publicity?
But I do think both could be good additions to our squad....could we afford their silly Citeh wages?

i like Johnson but lets face it, its highly unlikely that a club trying to cut its wages bill down is going to start shopping at the leagues biggest payers

I still think that is it for our signings unfortunately. Would love Johnson maybe we could pay half his wages.

Still a bit worried about us not really having a settled formation

I think that we may get a couple in on loan before the window closes. Johnson would be a great signing and I would have thought that moneybags City will contribute to his wages.

Johnson needs to get away from City before he stagnates and we could offer him a route out.

city will not let adam johnson go on loan in a million years, thet need a 25 man strong squad with a huge season ahead-the likes of bellamy and onouha will perhaps be available on loan but no way will milner or aj be going.

A winger that can't cross is pointless. The one time SWP did make an impact was the 1st time at Citeh when he was being played in a floating role when he was more likely to be on the end of the cross rather than crossing it. He can go past players but if the final ball doesn't actually reach your forwards then what's the point?

gabby agbonlahor and emile heskey as above.

I read Citeh are taking a hard stand now as far as selling players off. No paying wages or flogging them cheap as they're tired of being seen as an easy touch (larf!). Can't help thinking if thats their attitude, then the likes of Bellamy will see out their contract and leave for nowt. No-one is gonna pay 80k a week to rescue Bellamy.

I wouldn't save Bellamy if he was drowning outside my shop that sold only lifebelts

There have been rumours in the papers that Adam Johnson is available on loan.
I think that could be an excellent deal. By the time the loan is over he's likely to be so far down the list at City that he could available to buy.

thats a no brainer If true ..   we need more players and another winger would be great , he is good , in fact I was gutted we got Downing and not Johnson  .. On loan , yesss please ..
