as you will know there is a lot of talk of King Carlos returning to Rangers but today rumours are that it will be in a straight swap deal for Madjid Bougherra has anyone heard anything from down there ?

If Cuellar isn't going to be replaced with equal quality like Dann or Johnson it's pointless selling him.

I really like Cuellar, I want to see him playing again. We missed him last season.

I think Cuellar comes across as a good bloke and I do like him, but I honestly don't get the love in with him on here. Would I have played him last season? Yes, but that was more due to the clowns that currently held the shirt. His distribution is shocking and at this level you need to be able to be comfortable with the ball at your feet. Dann is in a very different league to our Carlos I am afraid.

Even after the takeover, from what I hear about Rangers finances I doubt we will be getting 4 million for Cuellar from them. Getting Bougherra would suit me, not so sure about MacGregor. Waiting for an appointment today I was reading last Sundays People and they mentioned Rob Green, Wes Brown and Federico Macheda. They also said Green is a free agent but it's the first I've heard of that.

Considering he was on a free it would have been competing for our new number one - maybe not very special but a damn sight better than guzan.

I think we all know our defence is the biggest priority this summer, especially Big Eck. I personally feel we need a new GK, CB and RB. Hopefully the manager can get the likes of Warnock, Collins and Dunne playing to their full potential. I don't think Luke Young needs a quiet word in the ear like the other three players I mentioned, he's a hard working full-back and normally good in both defence and attack... but after the half season young Kyle Walker had with us it'd be great if we could sign him being our starting RB. He impressed me. At the time he looked the real deal I thought.
