PS. A mate of mine met Cyril Regis a few weeks ago - he's still mates with Big Ron.

Not many on here will like that.

Most people on here have a lot of time for both Cyrille and BFR.

Richard Keys was good doing those tile adverts today.

"Get down to Wickes for 33 per cent off ceramic wall tile, only £14.56."

I didn't think Big Ron was racist then and I still don't now.

He did a lot for black players in the game, He wouldn't have if that was how he felt. I know he hasn't really worked since but I think he'll be fine

BFR was never maliciously racist. Just an old sod, out of his time, who doesn't appreciate how offensive his comments were. Like a lot of peoples Granddads I would guess.

Tim - are you taking the piss in your odd back slapping well done lads comments of 2 grossly over paid men that are over grown oafs with little personality and much publicised misguided views? Well played lads? Seriously - they are on over 200k each to chat about sport on the radio. Even Darren Gough manages it. Amazing.

As for your comment re Ron and not many liking it - again - what? Most on here I would think are still very fond of Ron and his days at Villa.

Twunt. Thinks he is funny because he has a Bolton accent and is an Essex man. Makes him cool you know. Knows nothing about anything outside the top 4.

And he is a dead ringer for Inspector Gadget.

Good, that's that sorted then.

PS. What's 'odd' about saying what I feel - I am not joining the 'I hate Gray and Keys brigade - SORRY Ozzjim.

There's nothing odd with saying what you think, its just that what you think is a load of cobblers.

How is Danny Baker by the way?

Great story on H&J a few years ago, about how you avoid any contact with anything associated with your biggest rivals.

Like the Spuds fan who refused to take the 1st prize in a raffle because it was a JVC recorder, but the winner was the Villa fan, who broke down on the motorway, with his family in the car, and refused to have his window replaced by a driver from AutoWindowScreen as at the time they sponsored Blooose, so he waited there another 2 hours to be seen by another company.

That Dundee Utd bow tie story is fantastic by the way.

Funny that. there's a thread in off-topic started by lee about Autowindscreens which I refuse to read because of its link to that lot. Any company linked to that lot will never see a penny of my money, nor will i respect its position in anything it does.

But surely by refusing to shower you run the risk that people might think you're a Bluenose?

Tthe quandary was mulled over but as they live in the Little Aston end of Four Oaks I thought that highly unlikely.
