Why's this a 1pm kick off? Can't see it advertised for TV anywhere!

The Noses Cov game is at 3.00.

Gives the Villa plenty of time to pick their ambush spots for subsequent smashing up of Small Time Heath and/or Coventry.

I hope we put out a strong team to keep the momentum going, although would like to see more of some of the young lads like Bannan and Herd.

Just looked at the fixture list and noticed that if we win this one and get a favourable 5th round draw on Sunday then we could be one game from Wembley by the time the scum descend on the capital for the biggest game in their history.  It would certainly take the sting out of them getting to Wembley if we could get there as well, and in the proper cup.  ;)

Come on the Villa!  2-0.

3-2 thriller in our favour - Blackburn to score their second on 89 mins setting up the usual nervous finale.

Clark, Delph and Walker are fit again and available for selection, but Makoun is doubtful.

I think he'll go

Brad Snr

Walker
Dunne
Collins
Clark

Albrighton
Petrov
Reo Coker
Downing

Young

Heskey

I'd rest Dunne, Petrov and Collins as they have played alot of games, apart from this I'd go strongest team.

Would feel more confident if Bent wasn't cup tied but with Emile back I think we'll win 2-1

The most significant factor here might be what team Blackburn decide to put out

With them sitting pretty in the league, they may well come with their strongest line up possible. A good run in the cup would be high on the agenda now they are otherwise reasonably safe from the drop..

I recon:

I think the team I would go for (considering Man U Tuesday) would be:

Brad Snr

Walker - Dunne - Clark - Baker

Herd - Petrov - Delph

Albrighton - Heskey - Bannan

Subs
Parish
Delfouneso
Cuellar
Pires
Agbonlahor
A Young
Eric Lichaj

Rest
Collins
Downing

This is a winnable tie.   2-1 us.   We'll come from a goal down with second half strikes from Gabby and Downing.

I really hope he starts Delfouneso. He looked sharp when he came on at Blues. Deserves a start.

under mon we could have all picked the team, now we havent a clue, i think it will be 4-5-1 with gabby up front, because Gabby scored I think he will want to build on that
