There used to be an Aston villa motel in Yamba, nsw, in 2002. I had a picture of it from 2002. we went back there on a rd trip a few years back and it wasn't there anymore. At least, I didn't see it.

Would the original Villa (I assume AVFC) have a right to claim ownership of the name?   What makes me ask this is that I'm sure when Mick Hucknall tried to open a restaurant called "Barca" he was met with a legal challenge by the football club.

Nothing like a bit of law discussion to start the week.
