he did. He started the first and last games and came on in the second. Cameroon were terrible at the World Cup. Lot of politics and in fighting. They didn't look prepared at all.

Not wanting to upset the positivity but is it just me that thinks, from the pics, that he looks more a Nigerian 27 old than an English 27?

Sidwell out and Makoun in can only be viewed as a positive. He comes very highly recommended and hopefully can give us a boost. Though it will probably be next season before he is at his best.

I'm surprised there have been no bids for Reo Coker or Petrov this month. I cant see either player staying at the club past the summer.

We could let Hogg go out on loan now. Herd, Osbourne, Salifou may aswell get gametime somewhere too.
