Looks liked a cross between Djemba Djemba & mikkel

That's a bit harsh, he's looked good when I see him the Champions League.

I expect he meant features wise.

I did :) I ain't seen him play so I can't comment

Finally, welcome Jean II Makoun it took a while but i'm sure you'll be worth it... although I said that about Stephen Ireland as well!

Cor blimey! These fancy lyrics...

Just sing "one Jean Makoun, there's only one..."

Apparently, there are II.

We used to have the Djemba brothers but neither was any good.

I'd forgot about Ireland, if only he could sort his head out, we'd have a fantasticly balanced midfield 3 of Makoun, Ireland and Delph

According to Sky sports, Ireland has been injured for the last 2 weeks and will continue to be for at least 1 more, hence the absence from the first team.

How about "We've given him Big John's tune" for the third line of that song?

Brilliant, that has to be the winner.

Ya, I think he has a serious brain injury. I wouldn't expect it to clear up any time soon.

I enjoyed the interview with him on AVTV. He seems a mature and intelligent guy.

Houllier has been given at least the window and presumably the rest of the year and I think that's the right move. His transfer moves are promising. It's been a comparatively decent week or so for the club: beating Sheffield United signing Walker and Makoun. It would be fantastic to continue that skerrick of momentum with a win later on.

If I ever signed for the Villa, I hope I would have the balls to wear a jumper like that.
