I'd like to see Dunne back and I'd like to see him step up to the plate

I'd like to see him step away from the plate for five minutes.

...and maybe jog round the table a couple of times.

I dread to think what he had to eat Christmas day.
Probably a whole ostrich with an albatross stuffed up it's arse.

a whole ostrich with an albatross stuffed up it's arse.

I've seen that video. Didn't do much for me. 'Lassie Come Home' took on a whole new meaning.

And 2-0 to the Villa. Because football's like that.

Beggars can't be choosers... a boring 0-0 will be very satisfying right now.

Someone said is it sick to want Villa to lose this game. No I don't think so; and I hate to say it but I hope we also lose at home to Sunderland and away to Sheff Utd in the cup. Perhaps that's what it'll take to levy out the cancer that's eating the club at the moment...
i find this appalling, maybe if you had seen family suffer with thst horrible desease you would not use the term so flipantly

Not conceding an early goal is key here. They’re in as poorer form as we are and have looked as dire as ourselves over recent weeks.

If you knew anyone who had fallen into a Spanish hole, you wouldn't be so flippant

It's been a long time since I fell into a Spanish hole.  But oh what a night!  I love Salou!

I was there a fortnight ago. It becomes a sad seaside town in mid-winter. Like the tarpaulin flapping over the funfair rides at Blackpool on a drizzly, windswept November morning.
