If Dunne plays: 2-1 West Brom. Play Cuellar instead, 3-1 Villa. GH SIMPLY HAS TO DROP RICHARD DUNNE!!

No thanks. I'd rather Friedel have it.

Young isn't captain material.

None of the back 4 have covered themselves in glory recently. But for me Collins is the one who needs to be dropped before the others. He continually takes up the wrong position or losses his man, he's not as cumbersome as Dunne but he certainly costs us more goals.

Clarke is a long, long way from being ready to play as a centre half in the premiership.

I never thought I'd say it but NRC is now a key player for us.

A flat-footed keeper, comedy centre halves, kamikaze left back, inexperienced midfield & a forward line that doesn't look capable of scoring - collectivly our confidence is in the gutter and games that should be home bankers are now relegation 6 pointers.

There can only be one outcome.

2-0 to Villa

Shorey has been better than Warnock this season, Odemwingie seems to put his chances away

Shorey's been on the bench recently. After a bright start there, he seems to have reverted to the mediocre form he showed here.

Cech will start at LB for them and from memory he's quite slow so we can certainly get Albrighton winning that battle.

The worry for me is for the first time in a while WBA have lots of pace upfront.

Odemwingie obviously and him quickly turning past Collins and Dunney is worrying me...Carlos must start imo.

Also got Jerome Thomas and Giles Barnes to come off the bench and Brunt on the left, who isn't as quick but I think is an excellent player.

I can't see us keeping a clean sheet but with our pace, and Carson in goal, we will get chances up the other end.

Well I wouldn't have Ireland in the team.
Friedel,
Young,
Cuellar,
Dunne,(unfortunately)
Warnock,(unfortunately)
Albrighton,
Hogg,
Bannan,
Downing,
Young,
Agbonlahor.
4-5-1
Downing in the middle with Hogg and Bannan, which is lightweight but there will be 3 of them. Should be good going forwards.

If we get anything away on target, you'd have to fancy your chances against Carson.
But, how many shots on goal did we have against Liverpool? And (and yes, I realise how this sounds), West Brom are twice the team Liverpool are.

Delph has got bags of potential. Incredibly exciting player,  if he can get over his injury I have every confidence he'll be a regular in our midfield by the end of the season.

Bannan and Delph playing together in our midfield (potentially with A.N. Other; at least for a bit) is mouthwatering.

Based on what exactly JJ? Our free flowing scoring and rock solid defence presumably...

Of course, I hope you prove me wrong!
