I'd be astonished if this came true.

He's orf to Newcastle I think. Why can't we hold onto a manager for more than 4 seasons?

:(

It was on talk sport earlier. Looks like he is off to Newcastle unless Lerner pulls his finger out

I'm not sure it's such a given he'll manage Newcastle however, Chris Hughton is a friend and former colleague. Considering the horribly treatment he received in a similar fashion from Tottenham he might be reluctant to go to Newcastle.

That said I don't want Houllier sacked anyway. Just given a proper row.

Ya Im not sure about this Jol to Newcastle thing either. Would prefer Owen Coyle anyway. Yes it is time for us to be all nasty and do things that big clubs do when in this situation. Push the boat out and get our man. Bolton are broke so lets do what needs to be done.

Coyle is proving to be really good, but. I remember talk of he could be the first manager to manage two relegated teams in a season. So let's give Gerrard a chance.

I'd be stunned if Houllier is going anywhere any time soon, and even more stunned if Coyle left, even for us. He'll soon develop a track record of walking out on teams, and we'd be next when a bigger job comes along.

As for Jol, he wasn't available when we needed a manager. He also wasn't walking out on a Champions League team.

Please Randy, get Jol down the Villa and sack the Liverpool fan.  It hasn't worked.

That dubious award went to a certain Billy McNeil
