I think the two good things about this are benzema is cup tied for the champions league so you'd think the usual suspects who are in the champions league wouldn't want him in January. And obviously GH has managed him at Lyon so that air of familarity could work for us. Ambitious but who knows?

I'm not expecting it to happen but I'm sure Alex and others would be happy for Benzema to be on loan with us for 6 months as they could see if he can do it in this league without spending any money.

Correct, most people seem to be under the impression he won't come here in January permanently 9qhich he wouldn't) but if he does leave Madrid in january, I only see him going out on loan.
