The only other song that seems to have this affect on me is The Fratellis 'Chelsea Daggers' which instantly takes me singing and dancing to the derbyshire tannoy with my lad down the rear steps of the away end at Pride Park following our five goal rout there a couple of seasons ago.
For all the great music that was around in 1982, the band I associate most with winning the European Cup is Haircut 100. Please don't ask me why.
When I hear "Can you feel it" by the Jacksons/Michael Jackson I think to the game at Highbury in 81 for the same reasons.
