I watched some of the American Top Gear and you appreciate how good the 3 that do ours are as a group. The US one is so wooden and they are doing the challenges that have been done in ours before, just without any of the interest.

Yeah, Holloway is quickly turning into a caricature of himself. All this "backs against the wall" bollocks reminds me a bit of when O'Leary used to go on about his Leeds team and how they were "just babies" compared to the rest of the league".

Relatively refreshing to hear at first but that, combined with a truly fucking stupid accent ( sez me, Barry from auf weidersehen pet) makes me dislike him more each time I hear him.

Although compared to Phil Brown, I love Holloway.

That's the common misconception - it's not really about cars. What it is is three middle age blokes using a car show as an excuse to dick around and take the piss out of each other.

Its also one of our most succesful TV exports. It is a simple idea done very well.
