General, apologies if this has been asked already but how is Sid settling in with the senior squad? And how does his role differ from that of McAllister?

Hi General

I was really disappointed on Wednesday to discover the Villa Vitality food outlet in the lower Doug Ellis has been closed and replaced by the usual burgers and chips.

It took up just one half of a kiosk (the real coffee place is in the other half, I hope that's not for the chop too).

Elsewhere there are three full kiosks selling all the usual football stadium fare. Surely the club makes enough profit from those outlets to give over one eighth of its catering floor space to offer other options.

It's been great having the choice, especially for night games or matches like today when it's convenient to grab something to eat at the stadium. Now the club is missing out on my cash.

Can you explain the decision please?

Hi general

I'm not exaggerating when I say I couldn't hear a thing on the tannoy today in the holte upper.

And please can we have the north stand big screen back, during the game I don't know who is on a booking and who has scored for the opposition (can't hear tannoy)

Hi general

Wanted to be a bit cheeky but I am growing a moustache for movember, its all to raise money for prostate cancer, Im doing quite well but I wondered if the Villa wanted to sponsor me?

Today yes, today it was as though the system was turned down, I had to check my phone to see who'd scored their second. Why are you questioning me anyway?

General,

Great game today, great performance from the youngsters, the future looks bright. I saw the new shirt up close today for the first time. I have to say that again I am left underwhelmed. Why have Nike used the same fabric for the fourth year in a row? I know it may sound petty but with our desire for the traditional claret body and blue sleeves you would think nike could introduce some variety in other ways including the material. Or I am just being petty?

General Krulak here:

1.  I am half way through my trip but wanted to say that I saw the highlights of the game today and thought the lads played well.  Like everyone, I am sorry to have given up the late goals but we played a helluva game and I am proud of the team.  Our youngsters are standing tall....under trying circumstances.

2.  Tannoy:  I will check into the problem and see what happened.  I have said on multiple occasions that we are going to replace the system when we do the work on the North Stand...it makes no sense to spend 1.3 million pounds today to only have to spend more when we do the stand.  We will try to fix what was wrong today.

General,

I notice of late you're only commenting on some comments made, the others?

Hope you don't mind me butting in, but I can't understand the confussion. If you had been questioning him, you would have ended the sentence with a question mark, which you didn't. Therefore it was a statement (of agreement.)

Now for my question: General, as you have mentioned several times that the tannoy will be fixed when the North Stand work is done, can you give us a hint, a tiny clue, as to when an announcement might be made as to the aforementioned work?

General can you suggest to the club that they auction yesterdays shirts with the poppies on and the proceeds go to Acorns, its a win win situation some lucky fan gets to buy a one off shirt and Acorns get much needed funds and the clubs image goes up higher again. thanks for all your efforts over the past.
