Great Brummie Service
« on: August 23, 2010, 01:28:47 PM »

I just to want to say something positive about Villa.

I just wanted to book an extra ticket for my 4 year old on Sunday and had problems with villa website and I spoke to Keith in the ticket office who I have spoken to before.

Keith I have never met, but over the phone he strikes me as quite a mature character, quite dowr and dry sense of humour.

But he just spent 10-15 minutes sorting my ticket problem out and just gone the extra mile which makes me and 4 year old really happy.

When reflecting on the game yesterday he reaction just brightened my day with his brummie wit.

Made me proud to be a villain!

Im sure its not perfect but I have to say that the standard of srevice in the Villa ticket office has improved enormously over the last 10 years or so.

I'll always be grateful for them opening the ticket office early and greeting us with flasks of coffee when we were queueing for our League Cup final tickets.  We'd been there since silly o'clock and it was a tad chilly!
