Shouldn't this be in the jokes thread?

I'm sure the local purveyors of Colombian marching powder would be delighted!

I'd prefer a life long villa fan as next manager.

Someone like Tom Hanks or Prince William.  Maybe Davey Cameron, but i'm not sure about his negative tactics.

Mercury = bollocks.

He doesn't speak a word of English, so would be at an instant disadvantage in expressing his ideas.

That's not true, I distinctly remember him mouthing the words Fuck off to Hodge in 86.

Hating Hodge is surely an international language?

Im off to read the column by that wet liberal George Tyndale now,

I've not read the Mercury for a couple of years now - does the Tyndale column still show him with a black bar across his eyes like he was in the frigging SAS?

Just checked. These days they show him with a silhouetted shape of a face.
 He is just about every nasty ism you can mention. He is a fascist, racist, misogonist, fatist, homophobic, little englander, inward looking, bigotted, reactionary little shit.
Probably a blue nose too.

I'm just bemused by the idea that somebody could be so incensed by his nonsense they would see him walking down the street and immediately attack him, so for his own protection he's as mysterious as a member of the KGB. Come on, we all know what Littlejohn, Gaunt and Jan Moir look like and as far as I know they're still up and about. In fact, they're positively loved by their fans and unread by their critics, so why should Tyndale be the same?

And just to keep on thread, Maradona's still a c***.

Probably because he doesn't exist, he's likely one of their reporters knocking out a few random diatribes one afternoon a week. The Mail's TV writer Molly Blake was the same - you never saw a photo of her because she was that nasty little everythingphobe Maureen Messent.

From what I remember, 'Tyndale' looked like Major Misunderstanding from Viz.
