Can't recall where I read it but wasn't it rumoured Randy had instructed a
renown Sports Agency with a posh sounding name to head-hunt some
likely candidates for the position ?

Judging by the names being banded about I reckon we got the
firm Norfolk & Chance doing the search-

Who is this mysterious 5th candidate anyway ?

Small Rodent is right , with a bit of tinkering we are not far off a really good team.

Ranieri!  And no, I've never been right!

Ooh, yes!  I'd forgotten about him.  What's he up to these days?

It's a mystery.

I wonder if it is a Manager in employment - a Hughes maybe ?

what about getting Big Ron in to caretake for a season, he loves the club, likes wing play, decent tactician, can let Mac get on with the coaching the players

I bet Coker, Gabby, Fonz, Carew, AY, Heskey would love Big Fat Ron to come on board :)

I bet they wouldn't care less. I also have a hunch - nothing more - that tomorrow will be The Day.

I don't understand what you mean, but if you think black players have a downer on Ron, you're mistaken. Ask Cyrille Regis or Brendan Batson what they think about him.
