I logged in before going to bed and after reading all these posts about Moyes I probably won't sleep.

Moyes to villa would be sensational.

It isn't going to happen. Sweet dreams.

Me too. Good aggressive right hand bat with a good arm in the outfield and a nifty part-time offspin. Think he's happy at Roma though.

I think moyes would be a great coup, but I can't see it. He's already said publicly he's not interested for one. After the statements recently, I'm really left feeling utterly confused as to who the frontrunners are, given that jol has said no too. I'd hazard a guess at Juergen but I really haven't a clue!

Bradley's extended his contract with the USA, so is out of the frame. Phew!

If i had masses of money, i would lay Moyes being our next manager till the cows come home.

I could only see him being interested if we offered him a ludicrous wage.

I am off to the Villa Facebook page. As soon as a new name is mentioned, it is the personal favourite of most of them.

Sean custis just said on sky he thinks moyes may now fancy the villa job after all- I don't think whoever gets it will get us into the top 4 - to achieve that would need huge investmest- top 6 much more realistic aim.

The Independent headline indicates that KMcD has a chance, following 'the statement' then goes on to say why he won't get the job.

I'd be surprised if we poached a manager from another PL team.  Doesn't seem Randy's style, after he complained about Man City's ungentlemanly conduct.  I find it hard to believe any PL club will willingly let a manager go at this stage of the season.
