Moyes is OK, but I can't see why he would move from Everton to us.

Bigger club, better squad, more money, better facilities and a bigger stadium. Larger catchment area and the biggest club in the region as opposed to the 4th biggest in theirs.

It might not be a big enough step up to warrant the move, but he aint gonna get a bigger offer than Villa any time soon. Why risk his stock falling by staying at Everton even longer?

better squad is very debatable... I'd take their midfield over ours (I am clashing Ash as a forward...    )

I know its just internet chat, but two comments, from two different posters from Toffeeweb:-

I thought nothing of it, after leaving work i met him and he showed me his betting slip where he had put a few hundread on Moyes, i checked the odds again on P Power and Moyes had massively closed in at 7/4.

If we swooped for moyes it would be a huge coup and a great statement of our ambition- many reckon he will be man utds next boss but I would be hugely impressed if we got moyes!
