Can't say I would be thrilled if it was Moyes he was one of the reasons my mate gave up his season ticket.

I could see why Randy would be interested in Moyes.

The mix of their squad has that mix of youth players (Hibbert / Osman / Rodwell  / Coleman), solid UK signings (Jaglielka / Baines / Lescott-ish) and a few foreign "gambles" (Fellani / Billy the russian fella).  He seems to have an eye for the future too, signing players with potential rather than old plodders.

Basically an excellent template that villa could follow if we cannot buy our way to the top four.

All these Moyes rumours will just leave me even more annoyed when we appoint Sven.

Dave,

You appear to know something.  Whilst I imagine you're bound to secrecy could you divulge how many we're interviewing as the post above suggests just one (to me).

Good chap...

I haven't got a clue who's in the frame, but I've been told a few who aren't. Moyes is one of them.

Listening to TS,sounds like the club had lengthy chats with Koemans people. Graham Hunter who comes across as a good journo talked him up a bit, seems he's out of it now though.

Maybe that was the case dave as moyes made known he wasn't interested but maybe he's now decided that he is interested?

As much as i'd love Moyes to be our next manager,im just thinking that its the same bookies book that stopped taking bets on Bradley the other week.

He was still 50-1 mid afternoon, I know as I wacked a tenner on him. Probably will turn out to be nothing, 500 quid coming my way if there is something to it though.

Is Brown out of the frame Dave ?

Don't know. All I know is the names of about four who I've been told aren't viable options.
