I just waiting for Sven to say he's always been a Villa fan, like he was always a Liverpool and Spurs fan when those jobs were available. The only thing Sven's a fan of is money.

And, I believe, what the youngsters refer to as "the bitches".

Paddy Power really are attention-seeking weirdos. I mean, Slaven Bilic at 7/2 is fine, bit short, but fine, but then they've got Alan Curbishley at the same price, Gary Megson at 14/1 and David O'what-a-genius-I-am at 20/1. Really, they are mental.

Curbishley may as well be 1400-1. He doesn't have a cat in hell's chance at getting the job. I would imagine every Villa fan out there would sooner it stay with KM than ever have Curbishley.

To be honest, the list of names I'd rather see get it ahead of Kevin Mac is slowly shrinking.

yep. There are one or two options that might work, but I think you're right. The one thing I am glad about MON's timing is that it eliminated Mark Hughes.

Same, lot's of other clubs' fans saying he'd be good for us but frankly I've seen enough elbowy football from his teams to last me a lifetime. This may be controversial, but same goes for Moyes.

I like Moyes, but I think he has his head up hs own arse if he's waiting for a bigger opportunity. Villa and Everton ae similar in many ways, but we have a chairman who would have been able to back him in the transfer market. He's not going to get that at Everton.

If he thinks he'll get Man U for example he's going to be very disappointed.

ps. One thing about Everton, is there a crapper team at the start of every season? Talk about perennially slow out of the blocks.

I don't know how he got to be such a swordsman, he looks like a mekon and his teeth are in rag order.

Must be hung like a Windsock.

I'm sticking twenty quid on Leonardo, with Randy in Milan - young, polite intelligent, speaks the lingo - I think he would be a very interesting appointment.
He also knows a lot about european football.

I think i would prefer Di Caprio or Da Vinci

What on earth would we want someone of his ilk for?

Prefer Raphael myself, he's cool but crude.

Big name and he was responsible for taking Kaka and Pato to Milan. I wouldn't mind him bring the odd player like that to Villa Park!

It is very interesting that Randy is reported to be in Italy...I dont think it is unreasonable to be jumping to conclusions that it has something to do with our vacant managerial position.
