I wouldn't go that far. The guys an American, he's a decent run of results behind him as US manager, and I'd guess wouldn't ask a Premium like some. He's a good organiser and tactically quite incisive and if the reports are to be believed Randy is a keen fan of his.
Obviously he has never worked at this level, but then some have been advocating Cowans and McDonald, he has no experience of the European transfer market, but according to reports in the World Cup has a good knowledge of players World Wide, both tactically and in some instances personally. Besides if he is joining we don't know as what sort of package he will do so, perhaps he will be alongside someone else.
Not my idea of where we should be going but I can see his merits.

That's a no to Bradley - for now. He has to prove himself in Europe but I think the level of Fulham would be a better place to start than Villa. He's not got the charisma or guarantee of exciting football that Klinnsman or Bilic, despite their lack of experience, would bring to the table to encourage you to take a gamble on them, so he has to work his way, like Hodgson or Jol, into a position where he becomes a viable option for bigger clubs. This might take a year, it might take ten, but that's what he has to be thinking. To be honest, starting at the Fulham level is one hell of a level to be starting at.
