Advice to you all- get to bookies and put your cash on klinsmann! Remember me when collecting your winnings.

To all those who wanted O'Neill out - who was your candidate to replace him?

Wasn't it Mourinho or something daft?

Klinnsman, Jol, Hitzfeld. Someone like that please, not some English hoof merchant like Allardyce or Curbishley.

One of Jol, Klinsmann, Moyes and Hiddink for me, would show ambition to the fans and all have good european knowledge and would play good football.

Hiddink, Magath, Jol would be great but could we get them? Would Randy have the contacts to attract them?

I would say a Klinsman would be more likely but could be a risky appointment.

This isn't through Claret tinted glasses, and I do like Everton, but we do have a better set up than them(Ground, money etc) and unless he may get the Utd job one day(though that may take years),does anyone else think Moyes may be tempted by the job?
Not a chance

If Lerner's heart is still in it and there is cash to spend (just not for MON) then I reckon Moyes would join.

In fairness that was before he took the Inter job and he had something to prove. People haven't been talking of him in ages.

Agreed. Why move sideways into a very difficult job? Nah, he can afford to wait for a better opportunity than this one.

I'm a little depressed by the sudden clamour for Klinsmann I have to say.

Moyes has done very well at Everton make no mistake and he could get a do very well for us but lets not delude ourselves into thinking that his Everton team have played champagne football.

And poor football was one of the main sticks used to beat MoN with.

Jol please. Did a good job at Spurs, they should never have sacked him. They went backwards after him and it took Harry's sackloads of cash to get them back up there.

Also he may just tell Spurz to do when when they come in for Young...!!

Why would he leave one club with fuck all to spend for another one? Best manager in the Premiership though. I like your thinking.

Hi guys,

Everton fan here. I come in peace honestly! First off really sorry that this has happened to you, especially at such a shitty time of the preseason. I'm an Everton fan but based in Brum so have always had alot of time for your boys.

Just thought i'd make comment on the Moyes idea. I just can't see why Moyes would leave Everton at the moment when he's finally assembled such a strong side at Goodison and has just secured the likes of Arteta, Cahill and Rodders to long term deals. When he leaves us I think he'll be making a step up not a sideways step, that's not supposed to be an insult at all,I just think that with both our current squads, our history, our recent records that we are pretty much in exactly the same boat.

For me I think that if you are going to go foreign then Bob bradly would be a cracking manager, as would Martin Jol if he played ball. Hiddink has been mentioned but he's just started at Turkey and has already turned down the Inter job this summer so can't see that being a viable option. Billic mentioned a fair bit as well but i'd be worried about how he would cope at club level.

Any
