I like the new site by the way, forgot to mention due to all the excitement over today's announcement. Can't believe Rod Stewart is going to become a father again! Has anything else happened in the news?

Thanks for all your work Martin.

where's the bit of the site which tells you what the all time record number of people logged in is?
I felt sure we would have broken it today!

We did.

I think Martin is reinstating it somewhere, the forum migration isn't complete yet.

Let's try something. Steve Hodge is fickle.

Indeed, what a day. This site coped much better than VT at any rate, they were in flames as early as the odds being slashed.

I must say I did have a little peek at VillaTalk. I thought it might be interesting in a 'feeding time at the zoo' sort of way, but the site kept crashing.

So instead I made my own Villa Talk Simulator. Basically I kept calling myself a wanker for twenty minutes then issued me with a yellow card.

Clicking the orange ''new'' icon next to a topic in which you've posted in seems to act as a bookmark - taking you to the next post after the last one you'd read on that particular thread so no need for scrolling back and trying to remember what bit of what page you were on.

If I'm correct in saying this, it's probably the sexiest bit of forum usefulness I've yet seen. Fantastic!

Still don't like the red warning that comes up if someone else has posted to a thread while I'm typing

It is easily amended in your profile as already advised Redsox. Did this last night and all fine for me now
