So, if it's not going well with McAndrew in charge, you can put it down to him finding his feet rather than a manager who HAS his feet but just doesn't quite know what to do with them.
We found our new manager already?

To be fair, there were a lot of draws predicted pre-MoNGone. And against West Ham, that would mean the game not going well.

You're missing the point. There are a lot of people unhappy that MON has gone, there are others that will be delighted. During a game as emotions rise and those views are expressed forcibly there is the potential for it to kick off. Nothing to do with Kevin McDonald who I'm sure everyone will wish the best.

I'm not looking forward to this now one little bit now.  Think we may get off to the same 'flier' as we did this time last year.

I'm normally very positive about the Villa but I think things will get a lot worse before they get better which will only heap the pressure on to RAL.  As Chris said, I'd expect the general reaction of the demise of MON (both pro and anti) to cause a bit of a tinderbox atmosphere amongst some supporters if we don't start well.

And the thought of Tumnus and the Dwarf lauding it at Villa Park would just top things off nicely - arseholes.

1-2 West Ham I fear with all this instability.

I'm still confident - that first XI hasn't got weaker overnight just because the manager has left, and the players will have even more incentive to play for their places.

A dull but efficient 2-0 win for me.

It will have if Milner goes.

True, but that was on the cards regardless.

I'm more confident with McAndrew in charge than I was with O'Neill.. not sure why. A 2 - 1 win, Hitz for them. Young & Albrighton for us.

OK, but how do you feel about MacDonald being in charge?

I think you're right.

Saw a fair bit of tension in the UT (well, we are a bit edgy up there, liable to kick off etc etc) towards the end of the season between those sick of the manager and those not.

I'm imaging that at some point, MON's name is going to get chanted, and the reply will be One Randy Lerner, and that is going to cause tension.

Thank god I'm out of the country as I fear the worst for this game.
