Playing for England doesn't necessarily mean you are a world class player now days.

How far has James Milner fallen?

  Looked a poor player today.

If managers will insist on playing him wide just because of his workrate then all your going to get is a workhorse.

I was just about to write similar.  Even when playing badly he works so hard and covers so much ground.

Completely wasted talent.  When he's 40 and sat in his manor house he may wonder if he could've built on the cracking season he was the main man at Villa.

Milners a central midfielder to me.His workrate is exemplary, but we got a very good deal for Milner tbh.

Yep, all day long a central midfielder.  We got a good deal but we haven't replaced him.

Did we ? Losing our best player and paying Stephen Ireland £60,000 a week for doing nothing to me is not a good deal !!
