I love the the play off finals. They always seem to serve up a belter of a game.

Still think Scott Sinclair could be an Ashley replacement.

I feel sorry for Reading. As if a defeat in a Wembley final and the loss of millions of pounds weren't bad enough, it'll slowly be sinking in that they'll be playing at St Andrews next year.

Swansea are the first welsh club to worship at the Sky/Premier altar. Having said that they currently have 11 englishmen in their squad, which is nearly twice as many as Arsenal or Chelsea on 6 each. Its a funny old game.

Unlikely now that they have been promoted.  Maybe we could come up with some sort of deal where they get a player or two on loan and we bag sinclair next summer if he does well this coming season.

I'm sitting drinking with some Swansea fans who have just got back from Wembley and they are perfectly decent people.

Has Jon mentioned Boxing Day 1971 yet?

He's still working.  I think by the time he gets back we'll be listening to the welsh singing.

Don't forget Wulvz, which is only up the road (well, 150 miles).

They've only been up five minutes and I'm sick to death of hearing how they're the first Welsh club to play in the top flight since the invention of football in 1992.  Good luck to them though, nice to see someone different come up for a change and let's just thank christ it wasn't Cardiff.

I believe that they eschew the stiletto in favour of the Stanley and the screw driver.
