I've been impressed with McLaren tonight
Agreed he made his points well. Clearly putting himself in the shop window - what price he rocks up at say West Ham next season?

The one bright spot of course is the prospect of ITV having to promote yet another dead rubber.

Still, I'm sure Clive will enjoy another night with the reds.

McClaren was good on 5 live doing the punditry on Blackburn- Man City. Although he did seem to call every player "the kid."

Only Mourinhio can stop Utd now

You having a laugh?

Barcelona will beat them, comfortably. Again.

Just like their last two meetings.

Lets hope Fulham don't win tonight as that would see them leapfrog us and we may start having a look over our shoulders again
Draw would be ideal

How would Fulham winning make us start looking over our shoulder again?

Only on the basis we've slipped a couple of places this week and if we lost at Albion (which I don't think we will btw) then Wigan could be a nervy affair.
Obviously Albion think they're going to smash us on Saturday

We're seven points above the relegation zone.

I would be astonished if any of the bottom five pick up six, seven points by the end of the season let alone all of them.

Anyone watching Real Madrid v Barcelona tonight? I can't really get interested. A little part of me died when Spurs got knocked out.

They were the Spurs of Hearts.

If Wigan win their game on Saturday and we lose, then you might be right, but whatever Fulham do tonight is not going to make much of a difference.
