Why not this vitriol to, say Ancellottie when Chelseas have f@cked up this season? I have a lot of time for Wenger particularly when he faces up to Ferguson when the rest of the world cower or kiss his ass. Yes he's a bad loser but thats what makes him a winner in some ways. Its clear, despite statements to the contrary, Arsenal don't have money to spend if they want to balance the books and pay off the debt on the new ground. In the circumstances they're doing well to be where they are in my view.

I agree 100%

Not for the last 6 years it hasn't. It's just made him a myopic arse whose team has been found wanting in the run in too many times to count now. Plus they let Blues win a cup.

The very way they refuse to take responsibility for their own shortcomings and blame everyone else, is their achilles heel.

Plus they let the rags win a cup.

That could be levelled at us too.

We had an excuse that we had half a team out. Although Wenger was missing Fabregas and Van Persie, they should have had enough to put Blues to the sword on a pitch that favours a footballing side. But because Wenger refuses to see any weakness in his teams he still hasn't got a defensive stalwart which he hasn't really had since the last of the original defenders he inherited retired.

Anyway, back to other games. Did anyone see MOTD highlights of the Newcastle match just after Ireland came on. All he seemed to do was run a yard behind the opposition player with the ball every-time he appeared on screen. He must of learnt that off Sidwell before going to Newcastle.

This year's Premiership is the only known example of a 0-horse race

Bolton  luck.... I think they paid up last Sunday.

They've taken 6 points against us and Arsenal where they should have got 0.
Pedantic  but they have taken 4 points from us. 1-1  at VP and a very lucky 3-2 for them at  whatever stadium.

Ads means Bolton took 3 points each off us and Arsenal - when they should have lost both.

They were lucky as Hell against us at their ground... but they deserved to beat us at Villa Park.

Wasn't what I'd call luck, more us missing 3 or 4 gilt edged chances and then being unable to hang on against a resilient Bolton comeback

Or alternatively, a jammy Bolton comeback where the ball kept bouncing to their players in the area when it could have gone anywhere. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it.
