Carrick is another product of the Spurs hype machine.  He is just so very ordinary.  I also wonder what the hell Anderson is doing there, what is so special about him?  He puts himself about a bit but that's pretty much it.  Just because he has a Brazilian passport doesn't automatically make him good.  He's a lower pecking order squad player at best.

As for John O'Shea...

Why should we care about the merits of their midfield players? Do we have the same discussions about Wigan's midfield (for example)? At the end of the day they're going to win the league again, they're prob going to get to CL final again so criticising their alleged weak links is irrelevant. To us and them.

man utd have some outstanding players... they also have some normal ones...

they use the normal ones to suppliment the outstanding ones to create not only a team, but a squad...

and when you are competing in as many tournaments as manure do, you need a squad that is happy and together...

i dont overly rate carrick, wesley orange, o'shea, or a couple of other players at man utd, but if they were at the villa and we had won as much as manure while utilising them, i certainly would not be complaining!

You can criticise as much as you like, just makes you look small time and silly when they are sitting on the verge of another medal haul in the PL and possibly CL
Like i said, you dont play under SAF for that long by being crap, average or only good.

I'm not criticising Man Utd or their achievements. I hope that permeates your skull and soon.
I'm calling one of their players shit, which, by the way, is a popular view amongst their twat fans too.

Man Utd are not shit. Michael Carrick is. Do you understand?

I know that Berbatov has had his moments since he left, but Spurs really got the sweet end of the deals by selling him and Carrick to Man U given how well they rebuilt.

Maz don't bother with Wiki. It would be easier convincing your pet goldfish that it can walk.

Barcelona V Real Madrid in the Copa Del Rey Final tonight. They're beginning to play each other as often as the Old Firm.

Should be a good game.

I think the use of the phrase "small time" should result in an immediate banning.

It's probably the least important out of the 4 games they play in this group of fixtures, interesting to see what teams they will put out - they won't risk injuries for the UCL games, but then again neither will want to lose to the other.

Still more interesting watching the Narf Landon match.

Plenty of shit players have won trophies whilst playing for good clubs.

Look at Guivarch (sp?) with France and Traore with Liverpool.

I think the only reason he is getting a game is that they have Fletcher out due to that wasting disease he seems to have contracted and the only reason that he still plays for them is that nobody else wants him. He is just about the only central midfielder I'd like us to sign less than Jermain sodding Jenas.

It's not as big as the CL semi that's for sure but it is at the moment next in line with the league now all but in the bag for Barcelona.  Madrid will be going all out to win it, psychological lift for the CL and a trophy at last.

It's the only one of the four matches which absolutely guarentees a trophy.
