Looking forward to another top night of Ray "stay on your feet" Wilkins guff later (assuming he's doing the ManUre - Chelski game)

Oh hopefully.  If there was anything to play for in the other game tonight i'd be watching that, but unless anything changes it'll be that silly beggar.

Can't say I hate Barry or Milner. Players like Joey Barton are the ones that deserve any abuse they get.

Have to support Manure tonight, which is never nice.

I don't hate Barry or Milner either, but I do hope they win F@ck all at Man City. Maybe its bitterness on my part over them nicking our best players, but I want to see City fall flat on their faces, and miss out on the top 4.

So (given my hatred for Chelsea also) that actually means I want Man Utd to win tonight AND on Saturday, which is quite something!

Couldn't have put that better myself.

I'm kind of immune to Man Utd winning stuff these days, but the thought of Chelsea winning the European Cup makes me want to vomit.  Scummy club, scummy fans, John Terry... the only thing I like about them is Ancelotti, he's alright.

The longer a London club goes without winning the European Cup, the better.

Citeh have got no hope this weekend if Tevez is out.

Which is nice.

Citeh will be lucky to get fourth if Tevez is out for the rest of the season. I saw a stat that he has scored or assisted in 50% of their goals this season.

So far it's a belter. I might go and do some ironing instead to get a real thrill.

Why can't all footballers have as much class as Giggs.

and so the sun sets on the Ancelotti era at Chelsea. He won't survive a trophyless season. Amazing really when a manager will likely lose his job a season after winning the double.

Why can't all footballers have as much class as Giggs.

Here, here. He still cuts it at the very top level at 37 and you never hear him causing a ruckus in the press. I'm sure some smart ass will dredge up an example, but I can't recall him getting his name in the headlines for something demented or stupid, at any stage in his 20 year career.

Same with Paul Scholes. A class act. Much as I hate Utd, Fergie has helped a number of players extend their careers at the top level, where they might have long since retired, or been moved on from other clubs.

If we, which we won't, got either for a year next season, I wouldn't mind at all. Giggs especially. He'd certainly teach Albrighton plenty. I also think in terms of senior players, we lack that one player who's truly inspirational, for whatever reason. Laursen offered that when he had his season and a half without injury. A real lionheart and a model pro.
