Lets just concentrate on our push for Europe

The draw has further hit our limited chances of a place in Europe... as it can't be a Man U - Arsenal Final it is unlikely that seventh will be good enough. Unless we make the Final we probably won't be in Europe. Mind you, I'm sick of Rapid fucking Vienna anyway.

Good. Don't want Man U getting a bye to the Quarters and don't want Arse to have any replay to think about ahead of the League Cup Final.

Man City will finish in the top 6 and they could be in the final against Arsenal or man United, that would also give 7th a Europa spot.  Not that we will be anywhere near 7th mind, survival will do for this season, we can concentrate on getting into Europe next year.

I said 'unlikely' not impossible. Yes, the only way seventh would be enough is if the Final is between Man City and Arsenal/Man U. We could still finish seventh if we have a storming finish to the season, I agree it is less than a nailed-on certainty.

Balls. I hope our Man City game doesn't get bumped off telly to make room for their replay.

Will they get a share of the gate receipts from the replay?

They will get murdered at the Emirates but fair play to them, a nice big pay day and a day out for the Orient faithful.

I think they get 45% of net gate receipts and big TV money if it's on the box.

Cheers. That is a very tidy windfall. I bet the Orient chairman was praying they didn't score a winner in the final minutes.

Nice.

Nearly as nice not knowing that Dogheads-Baggies was being played today and waking up finding out it was a draw.

And having no idea Blose lost to Newcastle on Tuesday only finding out today.
