I can see Blackpool getting dragged in also, I'd be happy with that, Blues, Wolves Blackpool

Yes, i'd be happy with that or Bloes, Newcastle and Blackpool!

I think the noses will be alright.  The're buzzing with the cup final and have good home form.  They'll make it to the FA Cup QFs as well.

Wolves, Wigan and Albion going down I reckon.

Liverpool look like they've turned the corner. Like the noses they are battling and making their own luck.

Bolton 1-0

That's what we want to see

Hmm, Bolton are very catchable...now a couple of points less catchable. Not too worried about Wolves, can't see them touching us.

Who is this commentating on Football First, is it Carlton Palmer?

Bles havn't half got some ugly fans, they look like the undead behind the dugout.

I'm fully aware that this won't be a popular opinion, but I really like Craig Gardner.

Can't stand Gargoyle head at all Dave, but mainly for his face than anything else to do with the blues villa thing. Just got a bonce that only a mother could love.

I think results, apart from Bolton, were actually ok for us tonight - we can get as high as 8th I reckon, which will be a decent effort all things considered. There is not a chance of catching Liverpool now - they have good momentum and will end up in 6th. Sunderland might run out of steam.

Dave, I have a soft spot for Harold Shipman, but I don't go round telling people.

After all that Bent related whingeing, i hope we catch them. Looking at the table, it looks extremely unlikely, but look at their remaining fixtures and it isnt so clear

How the fuck has Suarez been credited with that goal?

Oh, its Dean Sturridge. Bently has had a blinding game, I knew we should have tried for him. Jimmy looks a shadow of the player he was for us.

It's going in should the defender do nothing. That's the only relevant factor.

I got that to 4 wins Paulie.. so around 50-53 points with draws. Villa will have to go some to get more than that but it might get tight.
