i much prefer Delph (when he is fit!) in our team to Gardner

Delph is unproven at this level but with plenty of potential. I just think Gardener is developing as a player and is now central to their midfield which is not what I expected when he left. He is a real threat around the penalty area. Good luck to him as he never let us down on the odd occasion O'Neill gave him an opportunity.

He had 70 odd opportunities and he knew he'd be a reserve in our squad. Fair play to him for wanting to go to a small club and play all the time.

Whats the point of sending Weimann out on loan to Watford doesn't even get a game just has to sit on the bench! Should of ask for guarantees he'd play!

Walsall 6-1 up v Bristol Rovers. Looks like the new manager (Villa fan?) is turning them round.
My next door neighbour, a Bristol City season ticket holder, will be enjoying that

They've got some spirit in that blues side it has to be said.  2 goals down in 2 cup ties in 4 days and they have turned it around both times.  I hope to God we don't play them again this year.

How many of those opportunities were in his natural position though? MON usually deployed him at right back while he waited for a bona fide right-full to become available, and if Craig was lucky he got the odd game at right midfield.

Don't think he'll come back to haunt us but he's a decent player who never really got a run in the middle of the park with us. His brother will more than make up for him though.
