4. The embarrassment of them strugglingbto sell their tickets.
You watch Chris thousands will come out the woodwork even though there average premiership attendance has to be around 17,000

They will sell them.  They will come out of the woodwork.  We only got 29,000 tickets last year so they should sell them.  I think they will be buoyed by this now and will get good attendances until the final because of people wanting tickets for Wembley.  This in turn could prove to give them an upturn in results.

I'm only saying what I think could happen, I hope I am wrong though.  >:(

Hoof ball got them there.  In all fairness though they deserved it on the night.  West ham are awful, truly awful.
They were disgraceful to watch at times only Cole seemed to have a clue.

I didn't think that. In the second half I wondered how Carew had made it on the pitch. All he did was fall over and complain he had been fouled.

Thought he looked good in the first half, and not just because of his goal.

Second half he was a waste of space. As were the rest of the team.

Has anyone said that West Ham are shit yet?

And does anyone know why Barry didn't take the penalty? Just wondering like.

Poppycock, HEITS.

Their support is so embarassingly shit, their qualification for tickets criteria will probably include Villa fans who fancy going down to point and laugh.

Didn't they take 35k to Wembley for the Leyland Daf and Auto Windscreens finals?

I heard that so many noses were wanting to travel to Wembley, they had the whole kaboodle, twin towers and all, sailed up the Grand Union canal and deposited at Bordesley for the day.

I'm willing to bet that they will sell their allocation.  They have shit support and their fans are arseholes but they will come out of the woodwork for this.

I was at college when they had their last big day out at Cardiff. A load of them showed up at the station, goodness knows why, I think they fancied going to a university town and beating up some students.

Didn't see them after the game though.

Provided they don't win the bloody thing, I actually think there is more comedy value in them having got to the final than being knocked out in the semi final.

You know that they'll balls-up their ticket allocation; find the most crass ways imaginable to rip-off their fans; realise that they still have a contractual obligation with the Kumar brothers to buy their Wembley suits from Mark One; and a myriad of other ways to embarrass the city whose name they purloined.  And that's before they step on to the Wembley pitch...
