Funny how Fergie always rates Howard Webb as our best ref, he's winning this game single handed. Joke red that just an honest challenge.

Everything Clive Tyldsley says makes me want to stab my eyes out.

Tell me about it. He really is taking being an annoying twat to a new level today.

Yes what's with  "that was  quarter back ball". He mentioned that yeterday as well!

No way, that was a definite red without a shadow of a doubt and the referee got it right.

Beglin really needs to sort himself out if he thinks that was harsh

Can't believe some of you think that wasn't a red.  It couldn't have been more of a red if he'd hogtied him and set about him with a banjo.

There clearly was a shadow of a doubt given the way its divided opinion. Carricks reaction also made it look worse.

Beglin is back tracking now. Surprised Tyldesley did  not describe that tackle with an American phrase!

Just seen the replay, Gerrard jumped in, two feet, off the ground, studs showing, caught the player.

Straight red.
