Chelsea really seem to have gone off a cliff lately.

They've got even worse since they sacked Butch Sideways.

What happened there? I didn't even notice it had gone 2-3.

Have they not sacked him yet? At least Clyde can't lose today for a change (we're not playing).

VDV booked for running behind the goal to get the the away fans to celebrate. One word - Vidic.
Vidic ran towards the fans and stayed on the pitch but it was other players like Brown, Rio, etc who pushed him into the crowd

So did they get booked then? The rule is there to stop incitement and pitch invasions - out of Ash, Vidic and VDV the only one which resulted in fans on the pitch was Vidic. Explain that to me Einstein.

I hear a Wigan player has also just been sent off for winning the ball "he was nowhere near the player".

Its fairly obvious that the fans are closer to the pitch at Villa Park so when they went towards the fans, the fans swamped the stewards/police and came onto the pitch

Therefore the decision not to book Vidic last week is even more ridiculous. Don't look now mate but you've just disproved your own arguement.

Inverness 4-2 Hibernian

(Adam) Rooney Hat Trick
Good result for Big Tel. They've been doing well under him.

Happily, no. He convinced them of his vision based on the performances against Rangers and Inverness (2-0 and 2-1 defeats).

Translation: They can't afford the £400K pay-off for him and his staff and he doesn't have the decency to quit.

Stoke 2-0. The sound you can hear is the wheels coming off at the Hawthorns.

No i havnt I will say again unlike Van Der Vaart and Ashley, Vidic did not run off the pitch he was pushed into his own fans by his own players

He did enough to make fans come on to the pitch. He was also close enough to be pushed in. Clear yellow.

And speaking of coming unglued, the Baggies have fallen off quite a ways from their impressive start.
