Today's results only really serve two masters: Man Utd and the Premier League. Anyone who thought Chelsea would (be allowed to) win today is in cloudcuckooland.
I'm fairly sure it's just because they didn't manage to score more goals than the team they were playing rather than any shadowy conspiracy.

Haha, Wenger storms off down the tunnel with a face like a dog's arse.  No doubt they were kicked off the pitch for 95 minutes and weren't allowed to play their normal pretty-if-unsuccessful game.  The man's a complete arsehole.
Albion played very well and deserved all 3 points. For the second week ruuning, I've been inpressed with them. Matteo has done a great job there. They all look so comfortable on the ball. Won't be too long before somebody comes calling for him.

Dare I say this, but congratulations to Brum City for not losing at home for a whole year.
That's quite an achievement regardless of who they are.
I bet it feels bigger than finishing 9th for them... bless.

Mind you, they'll go unbeaten for a little longer if they keep on playing 5 in midfield against teams like Wigan... obviously they're so confident they can beat Wigan.

The fixtures of the teams that we are hoping/expecting to compete with for places are:

West Ham vs Spuds
Man City vs Chelsea
Fulham vs Everton
Liverpool vs Sunderland

I reckon all could drop points and have a feeling that Spurs will lose to West Ham. Unfortunately i think that Man City will beat Chelsea as Chelsk have lost momentum following the CC defeat with a decent side out. I reckon the other two will finish draws.

And tonights lottery numbers are?

No.
What? West Brom got a great win @ the Emirates today against Arsenal... they deserve praise.

Been pretty impressed with the Baggies so far this season... Di Matteo looks relaxed, but in control and seems to know what he's doing. He's addressed their main problem which was to buy a goal scorer - something they haven't really had in previous seasons in the Premier League which was probably the main reason they got relegated. Hopefully they can stay up as I don't really mind West Brom... sensible set of fans who aren't scumbags like Stoke, Wolves and small heath fans.

They're lots of things but sensible isn't one of them.

I'm no great lover of West Brom but a good result for them and a good performance.

I like the way Di Matteo conducts himself... In a few years I think we could do a lot worse than him. He seems to be a good, promising coach.

A cousin of mine who is one of the most selfish, thoughtless people I know, is a Baggies season ticket holder. In spite of that and the impact it has on my life, as I'm a far more gracious person than he is and don't harbour petty prejudices, there's something about Roberto De Matteo that I find difficult to dislike.

Stuart Attwell did not know what he was doing there. Regardless of whether it turned out to be right or not, you could see by the rabbit in the headlights look on his face that he was clueless.
