Really bad injury to Valencia in the Man Utd game one of those you really wouldn't to see hope he makes a fully recovery.

They've watered that pitch too much.

Players have been slipping on it all game.

Is it just me or are Tottenham only playing 45 mins of every match so far this season? Is this some ploy by 'Arry to keep his team fresh for the challenge of CL and PL football?

I know what you mean, but we didn't exactly give it the beans for 90 minutes last night or at Newcastle.

I just get frustrated when I see Spurs going to places like Bremen and getting a creditable draw while we're going to Newcastle and Stoke and losing. Kind of makes me wonder whether at some point in the last four years we haven't missed a golden opportunity, through not quite being bold enough when it really mattered.

Love him or hate him, Neil Warnock is doing a cracking job at QPR.  3-0 winners at Ipswich and 3-points clear at the top of the Championship.

Yeh, that Taraabt bloke looks a decent player, albeit in the championship.  Was he the one who was a complete arse before leaving spuds?

I wasn't trying to make any comparison to how we play. Just making a genuine observation. For every league match this season they have played exceedingly well in the first half and hung on in the second. In fact their only win in the league happened to be at Stoke where the ref disallowed a valid last minute goal. (Shame we didn't have that ref last night.)

I was very impressed with Arsenal last night. They really took Braga apart. Whisper it but Arsenal may have finally grown a pair. They're not looking such a soft touch, as least not on last nights performance.

I have to say, Wilshere looks better every time I see him. He knows exactly what to do and how to do it in every situation in the midfield: passing, movement, dribbling technique, goign short or long (and always with accuracy), he looks like a mini-Fabregas - and he's English! The way young players are hyped up in England I'm surprised he hasn't got even more coverage than he has.

Really? I can't remember any young English player hyped as much since Rooney.

The Sun devoted their entire back page to slagging Capello just because he didn't pick Wilshere in the last England squad.
